Your ggggrandparents owned my gggrandparents, Charley and Louisa Robison/Robinson of Marion County, AL and Chickasaw, MS. After your ggggrandmother, Elizabeth died in Louisiana, Dr. James Marlin Robison/Robinson took some of the slaves to Hempstead County, Saline Township. That is where Charley and his family ended up.

Do you happen to have Elizabeth's will? I would love to have a copy so I can obtain the names of all of the slaves. Can you confirm where she died in Louisiana? I think it was Union County, but I'm not sure. Also, I've seen a picture of Columbus. Have you seen it?
