I am currently not aware of a Lafayette Boen in my research of Timy Ann Boen, Doak, Johnson, Spitler's family. I am still finding new family members all of the time though, so maybe Lafayette will yet appear as a member of Timy Ann's family. I know that in 1860 Timy Ann Boen was married to William J. Doak living in Lafayette Twp, Crawford Co., AR with two of their three sons. Her father John Boen was also residing in Crawford Co. AR at Cedar Creek Twp in 1860. Her mother was already deceased at that time. By 1870, William J. Doak had died in Civil War & Timy Ann Boen Doak married Alfred T. Johnson (I think in Crawford Co) & the Johnson family was residing in Johnson Co. AR. They are listed on the 1880 Johnson Co census in the home of Flem Thomerson (a boarding house it appears). By 1883 Alfred T. Johnson must have died, because Timy Ann Johnson married William H. Spitler 25 Dec 1883 in Johnson Co. AR. They are buried at Lone Pine Cemetery north of Clarksville. I appreciate your help, & hope to be able to add to your info, but currently I cannot say whether your Lafayette is connectd to Timy Ann Boen (she had a daughter Timy Ann Johnson b. abt 1879 who married J.H. Marlow 16 Aug 1893 in Johnson Co).
