Thanks for you in-put. I too found only Royal Girard Southworth and the info on him. I believe he is probably the father of the baby.My son is still stationed in Anchorage , Alaska and knows the State real well, being he has been stationed there for 7 years now. I will pass this info you have given on to him. He was shocked to be hunting so far out in the wilderness and come upon this little headstone. Makes one wonder what happened.
