I work for the federal government. A person who needs the census record to prove his/her age can sign authorization for us to request the document. However, by 1950, you really need an address or census track. The person cannot remember where he was living in Phenix City in 1950. He was a child. We were hoping we could find a directory since we know his parent's names.
