I am searching for information Albert Claude Brown born May 14, 1883 died April 16, 1955 buried in Whistler Cemetery. His first wife was Mamie Cree born 1887 died December 28, 1910. They had one son named Leonard.
I found marriage licenses issued to Albert Claude Brown age 36 married Pauline Harris age 18 on July 06, 1920. Second marriage for both parties.
On 1940 census list Albert as divorced.
I found small article on his first wife Mamie Cree Brown death. Did not give where she is buried. I would like to find where her grave is, they were living in Prichard at time of her death. I have not found Mamie Brown death listed on Alabama death index.
Article stated that Mamie had lingering illness, its possible she died from TB, two of her sisters died from TB at very early age. They had worked at yard mill in Cottondale, Alabama.
