I am trying to confirm the marriage and birth of my grandfather, Elie Anderson. His World War I draft registration states he was born October 29, 1896 in Huntsville; that he was working in Chattanooga, TN during the draft registration and that he was married, supporting his wife, but not living with her. I want to obtain his birth cert and the marriage license.
