Do you have any record of your Bolin marrying a Patterson girl and living in Merrimack Village in Huntsville? I have a Patterson who married a Bolin in my ancestors somewhere but for the life of me I cannot put my fingers on it tonight. I will have to look and see if I even have his name. Anyway I know that they lived im Merrimack Village and she is buried at Merrimack Cemetery in West Huntsville. They also had children who lived in Huntsville and I guess still have descendants here. My mother is 90 years old and her memory is fading fast. She has told me about this Bolin lady who was also a Patterson before she married living near her. However I have not been able to find the name right now. I have had to take my genealogy off my computer to save space so I will have to look farther to find the info. I would be interested to find out what you know about these Bolins. I do not know anything about the murder. It seems to me that this man was C.L.Bolin in the census. I will just have to track it down as I know I have the info somewhere. I do have a Mary L. Bolin B 4 Oct 1873 and d 28 Dec 1877 and is buried at Turkey Creek Cem., Moore Co.,Tn. This is not the wife of the Bolin I am talking about. It seems to me that Mother called her Sister Wise if that means anything to you. I have a Moore County Cemetery book if I can help you any further. I will look up the Bolin record in my records and get back to you. Good Luck.

Also my mother grew up in Moore County, Tn and had 7 brothers and sisters up there. Also had lots of aunts and uncles up there. So I would almost bet a wooden nickel that your Bolin and the one that married the Patterson lady are at least related.
