Hi, Kelsie was the son of Barton. Barton was a brother to my grandpa, Emmit Barnes of Beaverton, Al. Barton's mother and father were Sam and Mary Elizabeth Garrison Barnes. All are buried at Taylor Springs Cemetery. Sam's father was Elihu Barnes.
My dad told me that little was known about Barton. I don't remember him knowing why he died so young. But, I think Kelsie was his only child.
Kelsie was first cousin to my mother and Cora, his wife, was first cousin to my dad. Cora's mother and my dad's mother were sisters. They were Browns.
