Woodlief Shephard Shelton, born in a small town of Old Bellefonte, then the county seat of Jackson County, Al. Father was W. T. Shelton, moved to Larkinsville, Al and then to Chatanooga TN at the age of 16. Had two brothers, Fred K. (Chatanooga) and T. Lewis (Chula Vista Ca) He had two daughters, Elizabeth and Anne. Elizabeth ending up in California with husband Lorne Corseaut and Anne in Texas with husband Geroge Jones.
