Francis M. KIRKLAND - Born 1843 in Henry County, Ala. Entered service and continued until 9 April 1865, captured and paroled at Appomattox Court House.
William J. KIRKLAND - Born 1847 in Henry County, Ala. Entered service August 1861 at Abbeville. In the 62nd or 63rd Alabama Co. E. Continued until close of the war. Wounded at Spanish Fort near Mobile. Discharged at Columbus, Mississippi.
Seymour KIRKLAND - Born 23 March 1845 in Abbeville, Ala. Entered service 1862 at Abbeville, Ala. Served in State Militia Home Guards. Captured October 1864 and released at once, came home and served in Home Guard until April 1865.
Allan A. KIRKLAND - Born 1842 in Abbeville. Entered service July 1861 at Abbeville, Ala. In the 15th Alabama Co. G. Continued until 9 April 1865 Paroled at Appomattox Court House. Never left the Regiment for anything, never furloughed.
Samuel J. KNOWLES - Born 26 March 1835 in Newton County, Georgia. Entered service as Lieutenant in 1863 at Abbeville in Hilliard's Legion, 60th Alabama Co. A. Discharged 1864 at Chatanooga, Tennessee. Captain in the Home Guard from 1864 to the close of the war.
John W. LANGFORD - Born 16 September 1847 in Georgia. Entered service as Home Guard January 1865 at Barnes Crossroads in Barnes Company and continued until close of the war.
John W. LEE - Born 1849 in Henry County, Ala. Entered service in January 1861 at Barnes Crossroads and conyinued in Barnes Company until close of the war.(He was a M.D. a descendent of the distinguished Lee family of Virginia)
William J. LEE - Born 1838 in Chambers County, Ala. Entered service in January 1862 at Hawridge, Coffee County, Ala. in the 33rd Alabama , Captain of Co. K. Was wounded at Franklin, Tennessee, captured 30 November 1864. Confined at Camp Chase Prison, Ohio. Paroled from Camp Chase.
George W. LEWIS - Born 1842 in Tolbert County, Georgia. Entered service in 1861 at Franklin, Henry County, Ala. in the 25th Geargia, Co. E. Continued until close of the war at Macon, Georgia May 1865.
Drew LISENBY - Born 1846 in Bibb County, Georgia. Entered service 1862 at Abbeville in Hilliard's Ligeon Co. E. Continued until close of the war. Paroled at Cuthbert, Georgia.
Joseph I. LOCKE - Born 1831 in Georgia. Entered service in 1862 at Abbeville, Ala. Served in the State Militia until close of the war. Never mustered out.

Continued until May 1862 at Savannah, Georgia. Re-enlisted August of 1862 in Henry County in the 7th Confederate Cavalry until close of the war. Paroled at Macon, Georgia May 1865.
Matthew W. LYNN - Born 1843 in Jasper County, Georgia. Entered service in 1861 at Blue Springs, Barbour County, Ala. in the 15th Alabama Co. H. Continued until the Surrender. Paroled at Appomattox Court House April 1865.
Julius W. MALONE - Born 1832 at Penfield, Greene County, Georgia. Entered service March 1862 at Charlston, S.C. in the 57th Georgia Co. C. Continued until close of the war. Paroled at Appomattox Court House April 1865.
James M. MELVIN - Born 22 March 1844 in Henry County, Ala. Entered service 8 May 1862 at Abbeville, Ala. in the 15th Alabama Co. G. Continued until close of the war. Paroled at Appomattox Court House 9 April 1865.
William H. PARKER - Born 7 September 1845 in Henry County, Ala. Entered service 1862 at Gordon, Ala. in the 37th Alabama Co. E. Captured at the fall of Vicksburg. Paroled after the Surrender at Vicksburg, Mississippi.
William F. PARKER - Born 10 April 1840 in Macon, Tennessee. Entered service March 1861 at Gallatin, Tennessee in the 2nd Tennessee Co. I. Continued until transferring to Emerging Corps in 1863 and remained until March 1865, leave of absence, on sick leave at close of the war.
Christopher Thomas PARAMORE - Born 26 July 1837 in Quitman County, Georgia. Entered service March 1862 at Eufaula, Ala. in the Eufaula Light Artillery. Continued until May 1865. Discharged at Meridian, Mississippi.
Giles J. PEACOCK - Born 4 April 1833 in Henry County, Ala. Entered service in 1862 at Abbeville in the 39th Alabama Co. D. Continued until close of the war. Paroled at Greensboro, N.C.
John PAYNE - Born 1847 in Barbour County, Ala. Entered service in 1862 at Skipperville, Ala. in the 39th Alabama Co. C. Continued until 15 December 1864, imprisoned at Nashville, Tennessee. Paroled from Point Lookout Prison, Maryland 6 June 1865.
Daniel PEACOCK - Born 1828 in Henry County, Ala. Entered service in 1862 at Abbeville in the 39th Alabama Co. D. Continued until 1865. He was taker sick and never discharged.

Everatus ROLAND - Born 27 July 1827 in Warren County, Georgia. Entered service in 1863 at Columbus, Georgia. (Does not remember company) Discharged 1864 at Atlanta, Georgia.
John RONEY - Born 18 July 1836 in Thomas County, Georgia. Entered service April 1862 at Abbeville in the 25th Georgia Co. E. Continued until close of the war. Paroled at Augusta, Georgia May 1865.
