Surnames: Burket, Parker, Jacks
I research with Belinda Jacks (3rd cousin of my husband). A few years ago while we were on a research trip to Butler Co, Belinda found the deed of James Burkett at the courthouse. I transcribed it and posted it to the Butler Co Archives Deed Records.

The document was written 17 Apr 1873, recorded the 19th and is James & Epsey Burkeet (sic) Deed to Children. Epsey would be his 2nd wife and we think the deed was written to ensure the children by his first wife were taken care of and possibly to resolve any issues surrounding his 2nd marriage to Epsey.

Among the children listed on this deed is Charity Parker.
