Mary Ledbetter b.1806 (possibly GA) married John Tindel, Sr. in abt 1820. They lived in Barbour Co, AL, where all of their children were born. Children were: John Alexander, Mary Jane, Lydia Frances, Seaborn F., Ann Rebecca, Cullen W., James R., Henry Clay, and Elizabeth Alabama.

John and Mary, along with most of their children, left Barbour Co, AL just before 1850 and moved westward to East TX where they settled.

Looking for information on Mary's family of origin. She may have had a brother, Seaborn Ledbetter.
