ray born in probably the 1740's in Va had sons Solomon,Samuel and Mark Ray. Rev Samuel Ray died in 1856 in Autauga co Al. HE was the pastor of the Chestnutt Creek Baptist Church. He died in 1856. I think that area is now Chilton co Al but I am not sure about that. I have searched for years tryibng to find who the parents were of George Wray or Ray. I will payfor a DNA but the DNA test must be taken by a direct male descendant of George Wray or Ray or one of his sons and one of his sons and one of his sons etc. It must be a direct male descendant. Would you know of a male that is a direct male descendant of Rev Samuel Ray. Apparently Cecil Little was a descendang of Rev Samuel Ray but wsas not a direct male descendant. Would you know of a direct male descendant of Rev Samuel Ray? I will pay for the DNA test and furnish all informatgion about which Ray line Rev Samuel Raywas from. Thanks, Ross rsmith6670@msn.com
