I am seeking information on my paternal grandfather. I know very little about him, but hope it is enough to find a lead through this bulletin board.

His name was Marshal/Marshall McMann and he was from Owen Sound. He may have been born in 1922 in Toronto or Owen Sound. His mother's name was Annie and he had a great-aunt Mynard whose husband drowned. His sister (name ?) married Bill Bland who was in Dunkirk and Dieppe.

Marshall and Helen Marian Catchpole had my father in March of 1942 and my aunt in March of 1947. I know they lived in Tara for a time.

During the War Marshall served with the Grey & Simcoe's and was in Sussex N.B.

Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated. I have no family source for information on my grandfather. The above is all I know - I hope it's enough to find a starting point.
