I have a John McMillan 1770 who lived on Lot 33 Conc 5 Lochiel, and assumed he was the connection. i.e. Myles father.
I also had believed that Myles came out with the Alan Glenpean Migration in 1802, but he would have been twelve, so must have come with parents? I have both 1851 & 1861 census, and both say he was born in Scotland.
I've learned one thing about the McMillan research, they have a great history:) Even if all so very confusing as I'm trying to research two McMillan families (also Angus of Callich)
