Kim and Tal,

My problem is that I don't know who Peter's father is. My goal is to go back one generation. I have looked at and printed most of the Grant probate records. I WILL break this brick wall.

I have sent off for the other abstract for James W. Grant on the East half of lot 13, 2nd concession Front, which J.W. Grant owned. Hopefully, it will have come from Peter also and perhaps from Peter's father to Peter. I will post my results when I receive them. I have found many Grants in the St. Andrew's list but so far, I can't link my Peter to any of them. The closest that I could come was John Grant married to Flora McPhereson. Their children's names might work.
