There are two Land Petitions by a Isabella (Cameron) Grant in Charlottenburgh in 1803 and again in 1811. Maybe your Cameron was this Isabella.

There are many petitions for John Grant but no mention of your lot 42.

Mary Grant Land Grant # 3443 Charlottenburgh spinster daughter of John Grant late of E ½ Lot 42, north bank the raison river 18 Jan 1834.
