I did not find it on Ontario Locator but Google says Whitley is a peaceful village near the east gate of Algonquin Park, Ontario.

I found a Nellie Pauline Strachan b 5 Oct 1870 at Whitely Ontario, d/o John Strachan & Mary Jane Morgan.

There is a Wheatley Village in Mersea & Romney Tsp, Essex & Kent County Ontario.

Blanshard Tsp is in Perth County which is in SW Ontario, not too far as the crow flies from Kent and Essex counties.
