Yes, unless Moses Rogers died in 1809, I believe he fled to Jefferson, St. Lawrence or Clinton County, NY. From some of the links you gave me, I was able to find out the names of the children of Moses Rogers. Those names will help in my search. The links that you provided led me to the story that Rogers broke out of jail and fled the province. Barnabas was a farmer, business partner and an adjacent neighbor to Nicholas Herkimer. He was the constable in 1795 and a Roadmaster (whatever that is) in 1796. Thank you for shining some light on my search.
