I'm seeing information on my McKinnon and Dafforn relatives:

My great-grandmother, Agnes May McKinnon, was born in Tillsonburg in 1891. She was the daughter of Donald Neil Campbell "Cam" McKinnon (b. 1855) who married Ann Elizabeth "Lizzie" Dafforn in 1888 in Paris, ON.

Cam was the son of Dougal Stuart McKinnon - his siblings were:
Sarah, Ranald, John, Achibald, Katherine Dugalda and May Ellen.

Ranald and John died in childhood. Sara married Tom Brown. Archibald married Sadie Graham. Katherine married Jim Gillis then Angus MacKinnon. May Ellen married F.T. Chapman then Tom Hill.

Would also like info on Cam's father - Dougal Stuart McKinnon, from Isle of Mull in Scotland.Dougal lived in Caledonia until about 1855 then moved to Tillsonburg.

Lizzie was the daughter of William Dafforn and Maria Smith all of Warwickshire, England. They are all (Cam too) buried in St. James Anglican in Paris.

The above is taken from my grandmother's notes from her research in teh 1960's so I don't know how accurate it all is. Her notes also included a lot about the Ranald who founded Caledonia, but I don't know how he and Dougal are connected or related. She also mentions a Neil McKinnon, but doesn't know how he is connected.
