This is intersting as GREY OWL (Archie Belaney) was of course in Nova Scotia for a while and returned when he was on the RUN from the LAW. He joined the Army in Digby NS and it is not known what he did in this province. The APPEARANCE of a Belaney in this time frame (1900) might suggest that there was another child fathered by George (McNiell) Belaney in that province. Does Anyone know this family?
