Hi Maile, We are related but it is complicated! It seems my 5 x's g.Grandfather Robert Beavis b. 1727, Calbourne, IOW married 3 times, my line from first wife Mary Perkins and your's, 3rd wife Mary Wyatt b. 1771. They had a son Robert Beavis/Bevis b. 1793, Newchurch, IOW who married Sarah Lane b. 1795, Northwood, IOW. I have a different name than you but John Nathanial Bevis/Beavis married Emma D. Young.

To go back to Robert b. 1727, Calbourne, his parents were Benjamin b. 1704, Isle of Wight and Charity Bull b. 1700, Shalfleet, IOW.

I have also been in touch with Cindy Whiteford several years ago but at the time couldn't connect our Bevis/Beavis families.
