Thanks very much for taking the time to search and reply, I have found John's death certificate from the royalmuseum.bc link you attached. Is there a similar link for deaths in Calgary?
No idea who King might be.

But Sarah isn't the correct one she was Sarah Evelyn born in England mother Jane father John William.
I have found them in the 1921 Canadian census at 1240 11 Ave West Calgary also there is Margaret John's mother (nee Carson) aged 76 with them. A sister also Margaret appears in Vancouver in 1921 in service at the home of Adam Wallbridge, this may or not be her.

The Delores Maffin would be in Vancouver BC, not sure if she's still alive.
The address of the informant of John's death is 3206 West 37th Avenue Vancouver BC.
