I heard from Igor today, but he did not have good news. He says that the Roman Catholic records for Bila in 1922 are not available at the Ukrainian archive, so there is no way to find Vladimir's birth record.

I was planning to go to the family history library today and maybe tomorrow. I will scan through the Bila Roman Catholic film and look for Hajkowski & Kratka surnames. It's a start!
