I am not 100% sure, but think the nearest Orthodox Church might have been in ZARUBYNTSY (in Lipovets District>Kviv Guberniya - turn of the century)??? LDS lists films for Metrikal Books Paraskevskaya Orthodox Church in Zarubyntsy 1894-1904. An alternative would be to contact the Historical Archives in Kiev.
