there is a selo/village Cherkas/Черкас in the Bilo-tserkivskij (Bilo Tserkva) Raion/District> Kievska Oblast/Region> Ukraine (abbr UA), latest zip code for village is 09182. I obtained this info using most current Ukraine Postal Index. I have yet to locate the exact location of village on map.
