First, for Greek translations, you could try a local college or university. Sometimes the language departments can either do the translation for you or make a referral to have someone do it for you; same thing with a local Greek Orthodox church. Many have Greek School courses, and teachers of the Greek language. You could donate something to the church in exchange.
