My great-great-grandmother was Rozalia KOVAL; she was born in Brezovica Slovakia (near the Presov area). Rozalia KOVAL was married to John LEDVAK, who was born in Torysa, Slovkia, which is near Brezovica.

Rozalia KOVAL & John LEDVAK had at least three children, all of whom at various times emigrated to the Bridgeport CT area. They were:

Andrew LEDVAK, born abt. 1864 in Brezovica, married to a Catherina. Andrew emigrated to Bridgeport CT about 1883 and also married about 1887 in at St. Joseph's in Bridgeport.

Stefan LEDVAK, born abt. 1866 in Brezovica, emigrated to Bridgeport CT about 1884. Married a Juliana SAKSA(from Bratislava area of Slovakia -- dau. of George SAKSA & Juliana HUDI) also abt. 1887 and also at St. Joseph's Church in Bridgeport CT. Stefan & Juliana relocated to Scranton PA about 1900. Have info on their children if anyone is interested.

Frances Anna LEDVAK, born in Brezovica abt. 1870. Emigrated to Bridgeport CT abt. 1891. Married a Joseph SEKERAK.
