I'm not sure if this will be of any help but my aunt was married to Stefan (Stephen) Slavkovsky. His father was Andrej (Andrew) and mother was Anna Novak. He had a brother Ondrej (Andrew) and a sister Anna. The family originated in Kolinovce, Slovakia and settled in Western Pennsylvania. They later moved to Oregon and my cousins still live there.
