I am looking for info on my great-grandparents, Stephen Ledvak & Julia Saxa, from Czechoslovakia (I am assuming what is now Slovakia). They appear to have arrived in the US sometime in the early 1900s, as my grandmother, Margaret (Marguerite?)Ledvak was the only one of their several children to be born in the US (Scranton)-- the rest in Czechoslovakia. The only one of my grandmother's siblings that I know the name of is her sister Frances, who also lived in Scranton and died there in the late 1970s to mid-1980s. This is all the info I have. If anyone can add more, please let me know. Also, is there a site on the internet that I can search for old Scranton obituaries, as I am in New York City and don't have access to info the library in Scranton may have. Again, thanks for any help you can give me.
