The LDS have microfilmed the records for the Bakalarzewo parish. http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp

When you get to that site click on Family History Library Catalog. Type in Bakalarzewo Poland You will find the years for with the records were filmed. You can also find a library near you. Click on Family History Centers to do that. They will order the film for you at about $3.75 per roll if they do not have it their library.
