I really don't think you are looking for Byslow, but you may be looking for Bislaw or Gross Bislaw, which, now located in Poland by name of Byslaw, located 14km southeast of Tuchola on Route 240.
The other possibily could be Breslau, now named Wroclaw, also in Poland.
