Nothing starting with "Mc" is a German surname, but this doesn't preclude her from being born in Germany to Scottish or Irish parents.

Have you seen the original of the marriage record or only the transcription available online? You may find that "Hide, Germany" could be something else. Also, the surname may be something completely different on the original.
