Today I was at the copy place making copies of old pictures and a lady asked me if I do genealogy. Her name is Debbie Her husband's parents never married and his family won't tell him much about his father who was Michael NICKOLI who was living in Wayne Co., MI near Detroit in 1950. Her husband was born in 1951. Michael was sent to Jackson Prison, Jackson, MI. Her husband's birth certificate said that Michael was born in PA and he thinks he was born around 1920. That is about all they have to go on. They have hired someone to do research for them but all they did was take their money. I told them that I'd check around and see what I can come up with. I also told them I'd check with the state archives in Lansing who may have a copy of his prison records. I was hoping you might keep this information incase you ever run across any information on a Nickoli family in that area.
