Sorry. It's handwritten on two separate records for this one soldier. What I neglected to say on my original post is that while one version looks like Leucersbach, the other looks like Lesnersbach. (I must have been in a hurry when I wrote the first one).

I think you may be right that it's Liemersbach. That seems closer than anything else I've seen. And he was a farmer in America, so likely came from a very small town originally.
