Carl, do you live near a Mormon Family History Center? If so, you can obtain and view there on microfilm Pinache's Evangelical Church records covering the years 1699, the year the Waldensians arrived, following their expulsion from Piedmont, and founded the town, to 1957. Everything would want to know about the families you mention should be in those records.
Pinache's church existed as a Waldensian church until into the 19th century, when it was absorbed by the Evangelical Lutheran church, as were all of the Waldensian churches in the region.
The Waldensians founded a number of towns in that region of Wuerttemberg -- besides Pinache, Waldensians founded Perouse, Corres, Serres, Grossvillars and Kleinvillars, naming the towns after the towns they had been their homes in Piedmont.
Pinache, by the way, is no longer an independent town. Today, Pinache is part of the town of Wiernsheim.
