Surnames: Kellenberger
Robert and Andreas; I cannot thank you two enough. Kellenberger researchers have been looking for this city for a century. I will certainly have to turn my efforts toward Heiligkreuzsteinach to learn more.

Thankfully, George Adam Kellenberger was Confirmed here in the US; at Conewago Chapel in Goshenhoppen, PA. I will have to dig into how to get an image of it. It may very well have been translated incorrectly.

I did not say before, but there may be some more evidence in where he first settled in America: It was Nova Scotia. George was one of the founders of Lunenberg. I have learned that in the 1740s or so there was a huge influx of Germans to this area of Nova Scotia...all from "the Palatinate". Do either of you know if the Lower Palatinate was "the Palatinate" that this big migration came from?

Rick.
