Your Maria Magdalena Brunner may be related, but I do not have her in my database of Brunners. My line did have one other brother that stayed in Baden and married, who did not immigrate to the US. Jakob Brunner (born 1810) and Valentine Brunner (b. 1814) both immigrated with their families to Iowa and Ohio, respectively.
Your Maria could be the daughter of their brother Stephen Brunner (born abt. 1813) in Sandhofen, Baden and married Elizabeth ______ in 1845 Germany. That is all we know of him. As far as we know, he and his family did not immigrate to the U.S.
