Looking for information on Bernard Henrich Schroeer (Schroer) born around 1800 in Oldenburg, Germany; married Anna Marie Lechtenberg, born 3/6/1800 in Westfalen, Prussia. Bernard and Anna Marie's son, Gerhard Henrich Schroer was born 10/26/1850 in Westfalen, Prussia, died 4/26/1889, buried iin Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Millhousen, IN. He married Mary Elisabeth __________, born 1824, died 1887, also buried in I.C.C. in Millhousen, IN. He came to the US with this son, George Gerhard Henry Schroer, who was nine years old at the time. George Gerhard Henry Schroer setteled in Cincinnati, OH, married Anna Catherine Bittner Schroer, and worked as a shoemaker in Cincinnati until his death in 1909. Both are buried in Calvary Cemetery in Cincinnati, OH.
