I am looking for information on my Chmatal family. If anyone has any information, or has ever heard this surname, please, please let me know. I do know the basic meaning of the name, but I would like to trace my family and need more physical information. Parts of the Chmatal family came to Chicago area in the 1800's. Thanks.
