As for cemeteries, it would generally be with the parish church, which might NOT be the village where they lived. The other thing is that grave sites are "rented", so to speak, for 100 years. Since coffins, etc. were wood, and there was no embalming, literally it was "to dust thou shalt return". So unless some descendants continue to live there and pay the rent, you will not find anything. You can take comfort in the thought that this is the place where they were buried.
