I've searched in the Family Search site and the book that has the information about the birth registration is deteriorated and it was not filmed. Does anyone knows if the information was microfilm or input in a system before the books were damaged?
I'm trying to find the original information that was input on the birth of my grandmother when she was registered. I'm trying to figure out why she used the last name of Matos when her four other siblings were Padilla and she was the third child. I found her four siblings birth registration and there is no father's name, only the mother, which is Padilla. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
