I wish I had information that would be of great help to you. But you have a great start because you have names and places and I know that there are people on this community board who would be better able to help you out. If you haven't yet discovered them, use the search function on the board to find Cudjoe and they will pop up like well watered grass.

Did your parents or grandparents have any siblings? If so what were their names? I confess a particular curiosity because I am hoping to discover my great-grandmother's Cudjoe particular branch which seems to have become obscured by history. But it would also help you to find your particular place because apparently the Cudjoes are a very prolific family.
