Thank you so much for your help. I had not been able to get much done lately, but I was able to make some headway with my current tangle of data. I am afraid that I have no information whatsoever about the Cokers except that they were originally from Africa.
I was wondering though if in your research you came across a Mr Alexander Cudjoe. I do not know to whom he was wed, but I have been told by my grandmother who recently passed that he had only female children, one of whom was officially called Christina or Christiana but we know her as Victoria. She migrated to Trinidad sometime before April 1905. If you have information that might be helpful to me, could you please let me know?
