Barbara, I have a page of Court Assize records from Bermuda in 1734 which show a case mentioning property left by Gov. Henry Durham to his wife, Judith, which had passed to son Thomas, deceased, and thence to his son Richard. This does not fit in at all with the presence in Richmond Co. of the Thomas DURHAM who married Dorothy whose descendants married over into the DODSON family, and do not include any Richard or any reference to interest in an estate in Bermuda. The information posted by Judy preceding mine is even more evidence that the Richmond Co. Thomas is not the son of Gov. Henry. If you call the IGI records proof, they are not. What other evidence are you talking about? Best wishes, Gene in Gotha
