I received a rather scattered e-mail from a cousin with few dates on them. It goes way back to the 1500s where a relative named Ambrose Judd was listed as a Quaker. I haven't researched that far back yet but started with my great grandfather Michael Judd and it looks like a lot of the Judd's landed in Bray and Wicklow. Having a great deal of trouble going backwards from there because the names are so common. If you'd like, I can send you some of the dates from way back that I haven't searched yet.
