No, sorry Peter is as far back as I have managed to get and I can't work out who he is related to. In 1861 he is married and they have a visitor called Sarah Deigh age 21, from Ireland staying with them. In 1881 they have another visitor, Ann O'Sullivan 32 from County Limerick and Peter is listed on that census as coming from County Wexford. I had a look on freebmd.org.uk for you and found birth listings for a Mary and a Michael Kehoe (don't know if these are the right ones though). Mary is listed as being registered in 1843 and Michael in 1847 both in Newport.
