I was surprised and excited to see that you have visited the Maddin grave site at Laidley. John and Ellen Maddin were my GGG grandparents too. I have done a fair bit of research and am going out to Laidley to find where their farm was.

I have descended from Michael Maddin son of John and Ellen.
