Hi sorry bout not replying sooner,but been otherwise very busy.I have a Hugh Donnelly B.1842 Says Scotland but have not clarified this yet.His parents were Terence & Rose Donnelly MS.O'Donnell.This Hugh married Mgt. McCartney 1862 in Wishaw Then moved to P.A.I have mullins in this tree not Mullen.If any of this is of use to you let me know please.
