My great Grandfather is John (Jack) Sullivan, son as mentioned of Daniel and Frances.

Daniels father was indeed John Sullivan, West Reenavaude (just outside Ardgroom) who married Mary Anne Murphy. John was born in 1820 and was a carpenter/boat builder. If Anette can find any more info on him, I would be most pleased - he is my current brick wall!

I cannot find any mention of a Maggie may as a child of Daniel and Frances although I have a Lillian but married to a Victor Johnson. Where I got this information from I'll need to double check but I believe it was from a letter written by Eva to a distant cousin, Jack Murphy who currently resides in America.

Indeed I have Daniel and Frances having 7 children all of whom survived they are:

John (1892), Mary (1894), Lizzie (1897), George (1900), Lillian (1903), Nellie (1906) and Eva (1909)

I don't have any marriage info at the moment for Lillian so it's possible your grandmother is the same Lillian as my family tree - I couldn't say without checking further for Lillian's marriage which is a bit problematic for the reasons Annette has listed. Will let you know if i find out anything.
